The Brief
Skosh is an acclaimed dining destination that prides itself on a distinctive, relaxed approach to food, drinks, and ambiance. With an established following, Skosh required a strategic overhaul of its social media to re-engage its audience, expand its reach, and better reflect its unique offerings and brand identity.
The goals for the project included:
- Developing a cohesive three-month social media strategy.
- Posting three times per week with a mix of reels, grid posts, and stories to highlight Skosh’s team, dishes, drinks, and playlist.
- Collaborating with suppliers to extend the brand’s visibility.
- Focusing on natural, authentic content rather than overly polished visuals.

Spotty Media managed:
- A social media audit to identify opportunities and set a baseline for growth.
- Creation and implementation of a detailed three-month strategy.

- Updated the Instagram bio and streamlined the Facebook profile to improve consistency and user experience.

The Results
- Facebook Growth: Increased views to 207.7K and reach to 120.1K (a 220% improvement). Engagements skyrocketed with content interactions up by over 21,300%. The account gained 200 new followers, growing from 7.9K to 8.1K.
